Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a Sr. Consultant that is part of our Data & Analytics Consulting team. This position provides critical functions in the team, with a focus on analytics strategy & road mapping, readiness assessments, governance & compliance, organization & culture, and ethics. The right candidate will be successful if they have the ability to rapidly synthesize data, understand and interpret customers digital assets, make recommendations, and present insights. In this role you will report to the Analytic Consulting CoE.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to define a clear, data-driven vision aligned with business strategies. This involves consulting on complex data initiatives and providing technical leadership as a subject matter expert.

  • Develop and implement data governance strategies that address security, privacy, and compliance needs, while also facilitating data literacy and promoting a data-driven culture within client organizations.

  • Leverage expertise in business, technology, and data to craft and execute data strategies that focus on optimizing people, processes, and technology. Create actionable, evolutionary roadmaps to maximize data and AI value.

  • Guide technical and non-technical teams, fostering collaboration to design and recommend scalable data architecture solutions. This includes a strong delivery lead role, with an emphasis on Data Platform expertise.

  • Analyze & synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and workshops, consolidate findings, process mapping, and construct a business facing narrative of results.

  • Be able to analyze and reverse engineer digital assets including BI reports, data structures, ETLs, Access databases and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) files for the purposes of informing recommendations for go forward data strategies.

  • Understand business concepts and performance management strategies. Be able to understand what KPIs and data strategies are most relevant to our clients, who span all business verticals.

  • Estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives.

  • Contribute to thought leadership in data strategy and governance. Create differentiated assets and enable capability building within the field, growing the next generation of data strategists.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in developing and executing data strategies that align with business objectives, with a proven track record of engaging broad group of stakeholders, including C-level.

  • 3+ years experience in data governance, privacy, security practices, and compliance regulations, along with expertise in large-scale data architecture and migration strategies.

  • Proficient in designing and implementing data solutions using Domain-Driven Design principles, experienced with big data architecture across various cloud platforms.

  • Capable of managing relationships at all organizational levels and across various business verticals.

  • Education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Onshore required.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong consulting, sales, and leadership orientation.

  • Experience with stakeholder management, capable of liaising effectively between clients and internal teams, building trust and fostering strong partnerships.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate, with a passion for continuous learning.
