The Full Stack Developer Lead is responsible for managing people and tasks while being seen a technical resource around Analytic Technology. This position works closely with Principals to define requirements for new solutions, and is a leader for individual contributors.

This position is available to those located in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio Area, Greater Denver, Colorado Area and Remote USA.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

The Full Stack Developer Lead is responsible for the team, tools, and processes that support our ever growing Enterprise software. This includes:

  • Supporting critical project implementation timelines

  • Quickly resolving any customer facing bugs and data

  • Ensuring timely response time with the client and Product support teams

  • Building and supporting tools to automate routine setup and delivery tasks

  • Prioritizing, tracking and resolving issues and features efficiently

  • SQL, .NET, C#. JavaScript, MVC,

  • Cloud Technology is helpful

General Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads in the analysis of complex business problems by identifying customer needs and key areas of opportunity

  • Leads and manages complex and concurrent projects

  • Interacts and collaborates with cross functional heads and executive level

  • Assists with the development of technology based analytics solutions

  • Leads in facilitating change management efforts

  • Introduces new technologies, techniques, and processes

  • Demonstrates understanding of software development and analytics to contribute in finding new solutions

  • Ensures meeting client deliverable deadlines and keeps a high level of client satisfaction and engagement

  • Contributes in the issue resolution process

  • Builds, manages and sustains strong relationships with internal and external clients

  • Participates in the preparation of contracts/SOWs and financial requirements (pricing model, costing, etc.)

  • Monitors expenditures and ensures within the approved budget

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with four to six years of relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates

  • Leader in computer science and statistics understanding

  • Very proficient in client interactions

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and sense of professionalism for self and team

  • Advanced ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret

  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen
