We are seeking a Conversion Architect - SAP Fulfillment to join our team as a Full-Time employee.

We are able to do H1b transfer for this position.

The Conversion Architect will play a critical role in leading and executing conversion activities for SAP implementation or migration projects, specifically focusing on Fulfillment modules such as Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Logistics Execution (LE).

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP modules related to Fulfillment, exceptional technical proficiency, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex conversion solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of conversion strategies and methodologies for SAP implementation or migration projects, with a primary focus on Fulfillment processes.

· Must understand BAU and design new system

· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand conversion requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

· Develop conversion scripts, programs, and data mapping rules to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems into the SAP environment, specifically targeting Fulfillment modules.

· Configure and customize SAP Fulfillment modules, including SD, WM, and LE, to support conversion requirements and align with business processes.

· Define data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of converted data during the migration process, particularly within Fulfillment processes.

· Collaborate with technical teams to perform data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality assurance activities as part of the conversion process, focusing on Fulfillment data.

· Develop and execute conversion test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate the accuracy and completeness of converted Fulfillment data against business requirements.
