The Inside Sales Representative (Business to Business)-Remote works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.

What will you do in this role?

As a Brand Ambassador Team at Concentrix, you will:

  • Outbound and inbound sales calls, to enable merchants to begin accepting new acquisitions. Made to both new and existing prospects.

  • Agents will send emails and other written communications to and from merchant (suppliers) to research if they will accept payment from their customer (buyer).

  • Agents will explain the request to pay with updated payment method, describe fee, and help the supplier to understand product value.

  • Function between sales channels and business to facilitate lead management to help close lead.

  • Provide business pertinent insight for meetings and resolve leads needing more information.

  • Verify payment acceptance criteria from a specific buyer or buyers and execute a change in payment method as appropriate.

  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer

  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures

  • Attention to detail must prepare complete accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required

  • Offer additional products and/or services

  • Track, document, and retrieve information from calls in CRM

  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more campaign manager

  • De-escalation, and handling objections skills are a must

  • Strong business acumen

  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems

  • Participate in ongoing training and self-development

  • Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools

  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies

  • Participate in activities designed to improve business performance

  • Ensure that all quality targets and performance KPI’s are met and maintained
